Marc and I have been talking a lot about getting sharper on product strategy. We have a lot of traction in different places, and our product strategy needs to bring all of that together into a coherent plan for capturing markets and outcompeting competitors!
If you haven’t seen it yet, pls go review François’s recap of the bid aggregation features we’ll need to work on (sometime after Generic Project v0 and CPC tweaks) – there’s a ways to go yet before building the software for multi-owner aggregation is our priority, but I think it’s an important piece for us to keep in mind. NYSERDA RFP 5701: Melissa has collected contributions from our partners! I haven’t had a chance to dig into it yet, but me and Claude are ready to party over the weekend.
Certified as MBE in Massachusetts! I can’t even remember when we applied, but everyone involved has been super nice and so curious about our work! So there’s that….

Meeting CPC’s needs. Can’t overstate how important it is to have a happy CPC – sounds like we are making good progress! Robin Neri and I will need to babysit this while Jason is on vacation :)
Partnerships: Accelerator, GGRF, NYSERDA Data RFP. Lots of strategizing about relationships and winning teams. Melissa and I are both planning to work on the NYSERDA RFP this weekend.
Onboarding: Looking forward to getting more feedback, both from ML+KJ and from SOC2 process. Seems like we are starting to get tickets?
Dev pipeline: I’m looking to the prod team to keep on improving communication and process! Getting closer to both of the big projects launching…
Metrics: I think we’ve stalled a bit, but that’s OK for right now.
Don’t be a series of small businesses: Marc and I are shopping for some founder coaching to make sure we’re staying on a venture-scale path.
