We have a lot to do, and just growing the team itself takes time and effort. I think we’ve been able to integrate new folks pretty well and we’ll have more of that to do for the coming weeks and months, so I appreciate everyone taking notes and making tweaks to make it easier and faster.

Release 58! Maybe when we get to the point of CICD, it’ll be too much to celebrate every release, but for now, hearty cheers!
HPD is pretty darned excited about 321 Go! We’re having a promo video made at HPD’s request for release on Earth Day, and it may also make it into the City’s Earth Day agenda.
We survived a phishing attempt (2x). They weren’t particularly sophisticated, but then, neither was the text scam that we fell prey to a couple years ago. Kudos to Luke and Naina for a) identifying the fishy emails and b) notifying everyone to be on alert!
Starting SOC2. Reuben is now switching hats to Fractional CISO and getting going on SOC2. We held off on this earlier because of the cost and effort involved, but with GGRF looming in our near future, we thought it was time to be able to say at least that it is in progress.
Carrying over from last week:
Dev pipeline: I have the impression that we’re working hard, but we still have some gaps in process that need figuring out!
Renewals: Unchanged: we don’t yet have a system for making sure these get timely follow-up…the next one comes up in May, but it’s one that we may let churn because it’s so hard to collect from RY.
Metrics: Good start on the Jupyter notebook! Still gotta kick all the way to the wall (per my middle school swim coach, i.e. don’t stop kicking because you’re close to the end)!
Big product picture: Marc, François, and I are getting on the same page. Our ambitions are only growing!
Don’t be a series of small businesses: Marc and I are shopping for some founder coaching to make sure we’re staying on a venture-scale path.
Pls welcome Dylan, Melissa, and Prisca if/when you see them in Slack! Dylan and Prisca are designers and Melissa is a contract project manager helping with the IDIQ program.
Hiring decisions for Decarb PM. We have such great candidates and I honestly couldn’t say right now who’s going to make the final cut!
Projects kicking off this week: designers getting their scopes, Melissa starting to wrangle the IDIQ contract feedback, some more finops stuff with Peter Nesbitt, who did our 2023 financial review.
Jason Block Erika Parkins and Marc Zuluaga there are a number of questions for you on my radar screen. Please review and respond! The rest of y’all, as always, let me know what’s not on there that should be. Thanks!

| Erika Parkins | Your resume review and interview process was intensely condensed, but we have really great candidates on the other side. Glad Peter can continue with us as well. Maybe he has some bookkeeping support insight? |
