Revenue: Related and renewals have no status updates this week. I’m thinking maybe it would be helpful to export the schedule of renewals from Hubspot (Erika Parkins)?
Refocusing on feature releases: Looking for baby steps! Looks like benchmark import is nearly done – thanks Maksym Khrystunov and Reuben Firmin. Can we get final clean-ups done here to schedule its release? Also, looking to the unified add modal to see if we can get comfortable with multiple developers working together on a feature. 🤞
Prod bugs: Still simmering. Seems like our best idea for now is pursing outsourced QA engineer w. Reuben (?)
Staffing: Tuesday’s meeting felt really good and productive. François, Marc, Erika and I will need to wrangle and horse-trade to come to a final-draft game plan, and then get some job postings up! Marc and I especially need to find alignment on the sales support direction.
New Monday #team_coders meeting process. I have some proposals, which we can discuss on Monday, but I think are safe to try. Review the Almanac document if you want a preview, but you’ll have time to read it during the meeting.
May the energies of the universe align themselves so that Related finalizes the contract.
