Trying to get two accelerator application done at the same time was a little bit crazy, but both the IN2 application and the Elemental Excelerator application are in! I was just thinking that doing these does make you look at little bit further down the road than our usual “two weeks” or a quarter or so. Just so happens, Marc and I roped in Jason and got through the Q3 goals while we were in person the day that we went to meet with CPC. I encourage you to look at all three documents. There’s some stuff there that might be news to some of you! This was, despite being a short week, pretty exhausting! Have a great weekend, y’all!

First signed contractor participation agreement for IDIQ! 🎉 Congrats!
CPC benchmarking meeting: The top-line take-away is that CPC wants to get rid of the Auditor A scope in favor of letting Momentum generate the preliminary scope for Auditor B. I thought that was a pretty good!
Welcome to full-time permanent status, Luke Floden! 🎉 (and happy vacation!)
I thought the EDICT horizontal meeting by Erika Parkins was a really great way for us all to start thinking more about diversity and inclusion. I think it would be good to have a follow-up next month!
A personal highlight was attending the Asian Americans for Equality gala. This particular one was a 50th anniversary, and it was really nice to reconnect with all the AAFE and Enterprise folks. One thing that stuck out at me that I noted down was a this comment by Phil Thompson, former deputy mayor, co-founder of AAFE, and one of the profs at my grad program: “Affordable housing wasn’t an industry; it was a movement.” It’s good to get out sometimes – and I came home with a to-do list for us.
Unchanged from last week, except the first item:
Meeting CPC’s needs. Can’t overstate how important it is to have a happy CPC – let’s see how next week’s meeting goes!
Partnerships: Accelerator, GGRF, NYSERDA Data RFP. Lots of strategizing about relationships and winning teams.
Onboarding: Looking forward to getting more feedback, both from ML+KJ and from SOC2 process
Dev pipeline: I’m looking to the prod team to keep on improving communication and process!
Metrics: I think we’ve stalled a bit, but that’s OK for right now.
Don’t be a series of small businesses: Marc and I are shopping for some founder coaching to make sure we’re staying on a venture-scale path.
Next week is GGRF week! Marc will be attending a convening at the Fed, and we’ll be meeting up with the other software folks for a getting-to-know-you dinner.
Teaming meeting for NYSERDA’s data RFP!
Collaboration meeting w Relay Network for GGRF!
Not literally next week, but starting up: Perm staff 360s: Erika and I are both starting our 360 process! From the very start, the workplan process was supposed to take the place of the typical annual performance review, but we’re not making time for them, and it seems like we’ve developed a pretty good process via doing 360s for onboarding, so we’re going to start doing them even when it’s not in the context of onboarding. For these first two, Marc’s and my coach Nicole will be facilitating.
And here’s what’s on my radar screen - what am I forgetting?

| Jason Block | I am super excited for the IDIQ stuff! I agree with Jeremy’s note below–we should probably have an all-hands to share out the goals. |

| Jeremy Parker | Will there be a Q3 kickoff meeting where we look at how we did in Q2 and agree on goals for Q3? |
