Using e-sign

Internship offer letters are sent via Roger.

Hellosign / Dropbox Sign

Access Dropbox Sign with the login credentials shared via Dashlane. Follow these instructions for one-off agreements.

Documents available via template on Hellosign are:

  • LL97 Owner Participation Agreement - ENTER OWNER NAME
  • Unilateral NDA - this is used primarily for candidates who go to 2nd interview, and can be accessed from within Hubspot
  • Service Agreement - Our standard master service agreement for consultants.
  • PICAA

Signed Document Storage

When a document is signed, please file it in the appropriate location in Legal - Contracts
