Hello! Welcome to our handbook

It is a rare privilege to be able to build a new team and culture from the ground up, and we’re happy to share some of our process and learnings. There is now a tradition of software companies (e.g. Basecamp, Posthog, and GitLab ) making their handbooks both open source and public. We adopted an open handbook so that we can transparently make thoughtful decisions about culture and process.

You are viewing the internal version of the handbook, which includes day-to-day processes as well as confidential information. In this version, each page is marked with its public/internal status. Please consider all internal pages to be confidential.
